The following conditions apply:
Shipping conditions
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We ship EU-wide and to Switzerland.
The shipping costs depend on the delivery address and the value of the goods.
Shipping costs - Germany: 4,50 € and from 100,00 € value of goods free of shipping costs.
If the value of the goods after a return falls below the free shipping limit, shipping costs will be charged retroactively and deducted from the refund.
From an order value of 100,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
Deliveries abroad:
Shipping costs - Europe: 10,70 €
Shipping costs - Switzerland: 17,40€ (For a value between 22€ and 150€ the shipments are duty free, but not free of import sales tax).
If the value of the goods after a return falls below the free shipping limit, shipping costs will be charged retroactively and deducted from the refund.
Delivery times
As far as in the respective offer no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place in the inland (Germany) within 3-4 days, with foreign supplies within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of a contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
