Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy (only for consumers)

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without cause.The revocation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right, you must inform us (Stefan Hassels, Leuthener Str. 4, 10829 Berlin, Germany, E-Mail: service@kula.shoes) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of an explicit declaration to this effect (e.g., a letter sent by regular mail, by fax or email). You may use the attached revocation form template to do so, however this is not mandatory. 
To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send notification that you are exercising your right of revocation before the revocation period expires. 

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you without delay (except for additional costs that may have occured due to you having chosen an alternative shipping method), and no later than within 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed to another arrangement with you. In no case will you be charged fees in connection with this reimbursement. 
We can refuse a reimbursement until we have received the shipment from you or until you have made proof that the shipment has been sent. You are asked to send back the goods instantly and in any case within 14 days from sending us your revocation. Terms are kept once you send back the goods before the deadline of 14 days expires. You have to bear any costs occuring due to the return. You would only have to compensate for a loss in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling not necessary for the examination of the characteristics and functioning of the goods. 
Inexistence of revocation rights

The right of revocation does not apply to delivery contracts of goods that are not ready-made and that need individual assignment by the consumers or goods that are clearly made meeting individual requirements of the consumer.
